Description

Five Phos Tablets is a biochemic tissue-salt combination.

Indicated for: nervous exhaustion; general debility; mental fatigue; weakness of memory and concentration; loss of stamina.

Composition: The five phosphate Schuessler tissue salts: Calc phos, Ferr phos, Kali phos, Mag phos and Nat phos — traditionally taken in biochemic practice to nourish the nervous system and restore energy.

Suggested use: One tablet three to four times a day, or as directed by your physician.
